Our company founder Steve Kazella and family visited Pensacola Beach for the first time in 2017, spending their Christmas vacation there, and relocated to the Emerald Coast from Idaho six months later. That didn’t stop their kids from swimming in the Gulf’s waters in December on Christmas Day, as they noted, the water was still warmer then the Salmon River is in July.

I’m Steve Kazella, the local real estate investor behind our company and this website, and I’m all about helping Pensacola and Emerald Coast homeowners sell their houses fast with no stress, if that is why they need to do to resolve an urgent or immediate housing problem. Here’s a bit about my journey:

• Local Home Buyer: I’ve been living in the Florida since 2018, after my family fell in love for the Emerald Coast’s beaches. Personally I was more intrigued by wanting to visit the site of Jaws II’s Fort Pickens “lighthouse” location at first. I know Pensacola’s neighborhoods and what homeowners here need—fast, fair sales without the realtor runaround.

• International Housing Advocate: Very early in my career after college, I’ve worked very closely with Habitat for Humanity International’s founder Millard Fuller and President Jimmy Carter to make homeownership possible for Hungarian families, including our marquis project in Hungary where we built 10 houses in 7 days with 500 international volunteers at the 1996 Carter Project. I helped establish Habitat for Humanity in Hungary which 29-years later has helped over 700 families and impacted 2,700 people. That passion drives me to create win-win deals for local sellers.

• Real Estate “Know-How“: How do you learn real estate investing, you may be asking? I purchased my first property in 2003, a 2-acre sloped hillside property with a trout stream running through the bottom frontage. And had a contractor “buddy” of mine from church put a manufactured house on it, and then moved my young family into it. Soon afterwards, I sold my first foreclosure property in 2005. Sadly, it was the same house we had been living in. I sold it to a very nice real estate investor who helped us out of a terrible situation. We got up, dusted ourselves off, and moved on with our life. I then purchased my first pre-foreclosure, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath investor property in 2009, helping out a family who was jammed up pretty badly, fixed it up and sold it a few months later. I can’t say for sure that I’ve walked a mile in your shoes, but if you need to sell a house urgently, our company team and I can probably relate to you on some level. 

• My deep-rooted background in commercial real estate stems from 19-years of wireless telecommunications and my “vertical real estate” niche of cell tower site acquisition and lease negotiations. Along with my current business partner, I’ve helped over 2,000 property owners, landlords and their attorneys with cell tower lease contracts through our company Tower Genius LLC, where I am a Partner. Steve was personally involved in linking up microwave backhaul communications from Jersey City NJ to the World Trade center site immediately after the events of 9/11 and with the deployment of 36 C.O.W.S. (cell on wheels) below Canal Street to support rescue and recovery efforts. I am also a Partner in our subsidiary company Bitmine AI LLC, where I work with Gas Station and Convenience Store commercial property portfolio owners to install Artificial Intelligence (AI) software and equipment on store interiors and vertical spaces (rooftops, light poles, sign poles) to provide security and retail data analytics to help these business run more efficiently. Additionally I also invest in apartment complexes in Florida, Alabama and Georgia through my company K2 Multifamily Investors LLC, where we buy small to mid-sized multifamily properties that meet certain criteria. I love putting real estate deals together that solve a problem and where everyone wins. I sincerely hope to bring that same insight to your property sale, and to help resolve your urgent and immediate house real estate matter.
